Drivers earn $175 to $275 on a typical day. Pay is a day rate plus a bonus for every stop, so a heavier route pays more than a light one.

What the work asks for

Every driver on a FedEx route clears the same checks. It is worth knowing them before you start:

You are 21 or older
You hold a valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record
You have no felony or misdemeanor convictions, apart from minor traffic violations
You can pass a drug screen
You can pass a DOT physical, which includes lifting up to 75 lbs
